Can I rent without an employment contract in Spain?

It depends on the landlord. Proven income from another country or additional guarantees are usually accepted. We tell you what to prepare.

Agency fees

The amount depends on the service you choose and the scope of the engagement. Before you sign the engagement letter, you will receive a written proposal with the total amount or how it is calculated, VAT, the services included, any possible additional costs and the payment terms.

Do you manage holiday rentals?

We manage home rentals, long-term and temporary. Tourist rentals have different rules and requirements; if that is your case, ask us.
