2. What data we process
- Contact and valuation forms: name, phone, email and whatever you tell us about your enquiry. For valuations, also the address and features of the home.
- WhatsApp, email or phone: the data you give us when you write to us or call us.
- Technical data: the hosting provider logs IP addresses and basic browsing data for security purposes.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.
3. What we use them for
- To answer your enquiry and get in touch with you.
- To prepare the valuation of your home or the proposal you asked for.
- If you hire us for a transaction, to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
We do not create profiles, we do not make automated decisions and we will not send you advertising without your express consent.
4. Legal basis
- Answering your enquiry: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing the service you hired: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legal obligations, such as anti-money-laundering or tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. How long we keep them
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months from the last contact; then they are deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, up to 10 years for identification documents under Spanish anti-money-laundering Law 10/2010).
6. Who we share them with
We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers we need in order to operate have access to it, as data processors:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA).
- Website form delivery: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
- Email: IONOS SE (Germany).
- Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta). If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
If you hire us for a transaction, we will share the necessary data with the notary, the registry, financial institutions or other professionals involved, always with your knowledge. We will also disclose them to public authorities when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@tandeminmo.com or by post to the address given, stating which right you are exercising and proving your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
